Yes it is. I am in touch with Solis. The solar together warranty seems to be pants and only applies to bad workmanship. I have a ticket out with Solis but expect I will be paying Greenscape Energy to fix the inverter

Octopus still have a low rate even if you don't have an intelligent charger. We have Octopus IGO & a Ohme Home Pro. It works well & if you do a big charge it gets scheduled across the day so you get more cheap power.

Take it back to the dealer. I have had mine since January. It sometimes loses activation or the radio doesn't work well but nothing like your issues

i use an electroverse card & it makes life simple plus you get discounts at some charge points & the bill gets combined on my household utility bill. No idea about the other cards.
