I too was on R30, when you get your car serviced check they download infotainment version R59 makes using the infotainment screen so much easier, eg turning off LKA (not permanently though!) a breeze. A/C control is a lot easier visually and physically easier to change with bigger buttons.

Has anyone had the message "The remote control instruction failed, please try again later" I'm away from home at the moment but would like to check in on the cars battery level.

I have a Zappi charger and use it to charge my MG4 Trophy, the car has only ever been charged on DC once in almost a years ownership! I usually charge to 80% and then to 100% if we have a longer trip the following day so I guess my battery has been doing balancing without my awareness! Thanks...

Once you've run the battery down to 10% could you charge back up to say 90% on the DC then swap over to AC for the last bit to balance?

Now having had another good look at the under side of the coolant caps it does look like they have a vent system in built, think I'll leave as they were with no tape and listen to them rattle!
