So it went in on the Friday and they identified an issue with the clock/coil spring in the drivers airbag system. I collected it Friday as they had to order the parts. They told me they'd be in within 2-3 days but when I hadn't heard nothing for over a week I called to get an update to find out...
Get your German LEZ sticker from this link. Cost about €6 and came in the post quite quickly. If you're worried about time you can purchase once you're there.

Belgium there is was no sticker it was just...
I've worked out roughly how many kWh I will use based on average efficiency and miles I will be driving and then compared using the discounted Electroverse rates and signing up to Ionity passport power and I worked out even after paying the monthly fee for 1 month I will save between £50 and...
We're doing France, Belgium, Germany & Austria next month. I have been busy researching and I am going to sign up to ionity passport and try to use ionity for the vast majority. With the passport Germany for example is €0.39 pkwh which is cheap for Germany rapid charging. It's a bit cheaper...
Yeah mine is free of any other errors it's just the airbag warning. It's booked back in with the dealer next Friday so will see what they come up with.
When I find out I will post up the solution incase it helps anyone else in the future.
Afternoon All
Sorry for the long post
I'm after some advice. I started getting airbag warnings on the app and the car itself within weeks of picking up the car (ZS EV LR Trophy - 22 plate). At first they would come and go fairly quickly and stay away for several weeks and then return but...
It was rapid charge 2 that done for us. We picked up our LR Trophy in March and used an instavolt rapid on the way home without issue. A few days later we went to a local shell garage which had a rapid and the fault occurred.
Dealer never really explained why it had happened or what they had...
They sent me a message on the 5th stating there s no record on my account of a switch to the Go tariff but they included a link in the message for me to process the move. I used that link and within 5 minutes I was in the Go tariff but at the new higher rates.
I argued that sending me the...
Yeah they did and I have switched over. But they switch you onto the variable tariff and you cannot move onto go until they are communicating with your smart meter with half hourly readings. The guy on the phone who put my switch through told me that whilst this can take up to 14 days that it...
How long did the switch to Go take people. I switched to Octopus last week and they were immediately getting half hourly readings so I called to push the change through as they put you on the variable tariff until the Go goes live. I heard nothing for days and still on variable so emailed them a...
Picking my car up in the morning from the dealer. Didn't tell me what they've done to fix it so will ask in the morning when collecting but glad to have it back. 6 days off the road total albeit it took me about 3 days to find a dealer who could take it and look at it straight away.
Sounds like MG in Portugal are better organised. I've spoken with MG assistance and all they seem interested in is sending the AA but they can't help. No advice/help getting a fresher to take the car and no offer of a courtesy car. Will try then again tomorrow
I'm having a 'mare. Car is still on my drive. Can't find a dealer locally who can take the car before 6th April. Nobody seems to want to answer me when I ask about a hire/courtesy car. AA seem to know less about EVs than my nan... Not a great start and not filling me with confidence for the next...
Happened to us today as well. Almost same as you... This could be my post. Only difference is mine did start to charge and mine happened too late to be towed to dealer so its on my drive for now. Getting towed back with hazards on etc has now caused 12v to drop below 12v so now we are getting...
Which branch of Chorley did you order through?
Spoke to a dealer and he explained that albeit 2 people may have ordered from a company under the same umbrella (Chorley, Arnold Clark etc etc) the orders are done by branch and then below that a salesperson level. So for example if we ordered...
It was pretty much all motorway. All in standard mode and driving as I would in any other car. Miles/kwh was about 2.9 but since we got home and been town driving its up at 3.8 and seems to be climbing
Picked the ZS EV Trophy up on Tuesday. Experience at the dealership a breeze. Had dramas with my insurance company refusing to insure me on the car so had to change company. Car did the 260 mile journey home beautifully. One stop to feed us and the car and got home with 40%. Cars been a range...
