I have a similar issue - bluetooth will pair fine to my iphone, but car play is having none of it!

Same here. I'm getting a security alarm warning (just in the app, no push notification) which only gives me the option of canceling. There's nothing wrong with the car & I've turned it on & off & there's no new release on the app store, so I guess we're all just waiting for the development team...
