I would fast charge to top up before you get to the M25. That way you know you're sorted for most of the journey home with another top-up on the way home.
If you get notification that your driveway charging has stopped prematurely it could ruin your match.
This is how mine 'functions' when I first drive the car after being locked (s/ware is R59):
50% of the time it will play the radio station (RDS) which it was left on when the car was locked.
30% of the time the radio station is correctly selected but the radio is paused - a click on the right...
This has happened to my X-POWER but very rarely, for me it's probably due to trying to drive off before key systems have booted up. Usually going back into park releasing and re-pressing foot brake resolves it.
The beam from the headlights are shaped with a 'notch' on the drivers side to prevent dazzling oncoming traffic whilst still giving good illumination of the kerb - you'll see this if you illuminate a flat surface. I've found the dipped lights to be excellent on the MG4, first thing I'd do is...
All this talk of characteristic vs fault. I agree with MG, it is a characteristic no doubt about that. But MG need to realise that it is also a fault (since technically the definition of a fault is an undesirable characteristic). If they question the undesirable bit then perhaps it should be...
I've had it several times in the same scenario; approaching a parked car with oncoming traffic, the emergency braking activates just as you're about to pull out as the oncoming car passes.
Excellent,
I think MG will fall over on the fact that if it's a 'characteristic', have the decency to tell the customer before they part with their cash.
I googled the part numbers in the tech note. The subframe returned a match....but I think there were two numbers so possibly an alternative solution, I didn't find a match for the mounts.
So cheap because it has the vibes?
I wouldn't be surprised if the finance companies get in on the act - they're potentially going to lose money if the market starts to flood with XPOWERS with vibes and 2nd hand buyers insist on newer models.
