Yesterday suddenly a whole sequence of warnings came up - things like traction control fault and hill descent control fault and auto emergency braking fault - about a dozen altogether. Turned off and on again last night and again this morning and still there - but car seems to drive OK. 12 volt...
Thanks but getting at and doing things on the circuit board is beyond me, and I suspect the dealer would have suggested it if they thought it an option. Is there any mileage in using the second (mini USB) which sits next to it? Or Bluetooth?
The USB socket in our zs ev has stopped working so we are unable to access android auto. We are out of warranty. The dealer says the socket is damaged and they would need to replace the entire system at a cost of around £4500. Can anyone suggest a workaround?
Thanks
I've had my 12v battery go flat a couple of times after leaving the car unused for a few days - not more than a week. What can I do to avoid this happening?
Android auto used to work fine on my zs ev, but now doesn't seem to recognize the phone although the phone still charges. I don't think the problem is with the phone as my wife has the same problem. Any ideas?
Just a thought. Inside the bonnet, backing on to where the socket is, there's a lever that you pull to manually release a locked plug. I wonder if that is stuck somehow. Might be worth fiddling with it a couple times.
