No its flat surface. I have done some research and think its something to do with rear brake caliper or caliper sensor. It reverse fine but forward, I have to manually touch the hand brake button to release the brake. I will take it to the garage and let's see.

Thanks, Seatbelt is fine and I have tried again. Its works fine on reverse but not when I try to drive. I have to press break and hand break switch and then I can drive even thought hand break not engaged and light is not ON.
