Interesting - maybe its an octopus thing ? They did change the scheduled charging . Also I found that the car was set to charge until 6 am and the octopus schedule had it charging until 7.30 so I will change that . Lots of wisdom here and many thanks for all replies !
Good morning everyone ! For all the reasons rehearsed in various threads I have recently been charging my standard range mg4 battery to 100% . However , without me changing anything in the car /zappi it suddenly decided to charge to only 80% last night despite me asking octopus to take it to...
No problem at all and I hope this sorts itself . Is it worth just an hour of bump charging earlier to make sure that it is possible to charge rather than potentially spend valuable time during cheap charging hours sorting out an problems that may be thrown up ?

Well - I rang the helpline at MyEnergi this morning and they were incredibly good! They were able to diagnose the problem remotely - the labelling of the Harvi needed setting. They sent an email with step by step instructions how to do this with the various options on the Zappi and hey presto...

Thank you - my husband did find something on a MyEnergi forum which may have helped the charging but made other things worse, but as you say - it's a case of talking to them on Monday to resolve it properly.

I did try at the control panel so will switch it off at the mains and see if this helps. I'm still getting the dreaded yellow triangles this morning on MyEnergi.
Oh wow - that's such glorious music! What do you play and who with? No joy with charging via the app - put it onto fast charge but it's only charging at 1.4 kW. As you say, I have the granny charger if really needed but otherwise I will have to hope that this data problem sorts itself out...
