I pretty much agree with everything @internet says but with the addition of having an Electroverse card / account which is particularly useful off motorways I find (ie in cities and towns, overnight or tourism stops).
I agree with @m0rph that Mr Musk’s antics throw something of a “short-circuit...
I emailed these people I used before on BMW convertibles but no reply. Perhaps others might add their requests to them as they clearly know what they are doing

Our garage is big enough but I try to reverse park close to the driver door for easier access to the back on the other side. The driver door stops itself if I am too close to the wall but I can just manually push up further to get out. I have a rubber bump stop fixed to the floor across the back...
I’m not sure I understand the keenness to have wireless charging and wireless CarPlay in the Cyberster. A simple (good quality) USB-A cable with the massive inconvenience of plugging it into your phone which then sits safely in the slot in the console gives you perfectly good phone charging and...
No not yet although car booked into dealer mid Jan to investigate further and look at passenger window stickiness issue.
Now when I gently close the flap the “pin” on the flap misses the hole into which it is supposed to go (pin is too low) which I think relates to the same misalignment of the...
Have you tried using the Tesla Supercharger network. I think all are "open" ie to non-Teslas in the EU and I have always found them plentiful, reliable and economical. Some now use contactless credit cards but all can be used with the Tesla App as a non-Tesla owner. You just need to pre-register...
Maybe I’m the last to know but I just discovered the handy 12V accessory socket in the right hand netted cubby hole in the boot - useful for a travelling ice box among other things.
I’m just over 6ft and we’ve just done a week long trip in Northern Europe mainly using Waze in CarPlay. Much of the time my copilot is watching the satnav screen and I’m listening to Waze and copilot whilst watching the unfamiliar roads. When I do look at the screen I don’t find it’s unuseably...
After long wait for ferry check-in this evening I found the car wouldn’t engage drive when the time came to start moving - embarrassing!
The dash says put key in backup key position but no reference to where this is in manual I can find ! Tried armrest cubby and by cup holders - no joy. In the...
Ok thanks - Polarsteps looks quite useful for overall trip planning including hotels/stops and then tracking with ABRP / Electroverse etc for more detailed journey / charging plans
I think if one is suitably careful and follow the instructions there is no reason to damage the plastic housing - I haven’t previously.
The dipped beam has a distinct throw to the left so on minor roads in the dark dazzling oncoming traffic must surely be likely which I would rather not cause.
I...
So here is the answer from the EuroLite company re where to stick the deflector on a Cyberster UK headlight for use in mainland Europe.
You just use the circular part of the deflector and use pattern 114 on their standard fitting instruction sheet. I’ll see how well it works next week in...
I don’t think there is anything out of the ordinary with the MG integration. What problem are you experiencing? How far have you got? The author is very helpful I have found and has added extra functionality (Battery heating for example) at my suggestion.
It is working fine for me at the moment.
