After install to R63 via USB do a factory Reset of the Infotainment. In SIPS you can do one Press update for the FICM Module.. so in one Press Menü select the FICM and this will Update the components.

This little Display is not an APK running on the Infotainment. It is an independent module that communicates with the FICM. As it is safety-related, it should function reliably even without infotainment.
