    Diagnostic VDI, VNCI, MDI with MG4

    I had the same issue while updating the IPK an error popped up and the IPK lights went off. So, I updated the VNCI, hooked up a battery charger to the car and used replacement mode in SIPS to reprogram the IPK. It took about 2 hours, but the programming worked and the IPK was back to normal.

    Sure, if you can share the files I’d be really grateful! I know how to install updates and access engineering mode so I should be able to handle it. Just let me know how to get access to the files and I’ll try updating them to see if they work. Its a 10 inch display

    Tried different wireless adapters Carlinkit, ottocast same issue but it doesn’t happen with android auto. It works fine even with wired and wireless. Pretty sure it’s a problem with the FICM itself
