Surprisingly got an email response and phone call this morning at 9am! To be fair local dealer is known to be very good.. so your app still doesn’t function? Was actually told by dealership that this had already been done by previous owner. They have someone looking into it
Hi all, similar situation happening to me except the QR code shows up, I scan it and it populates my vin and colour etc, however the app won’t update at all.
