So an update...the voltage reads 425 and the slow charge errors have started again. It's now booked in yet again for next week. This is about the 4th or 5th time since I have complained about my battery 10 days after purchase.
Thanks all, I will check the voltage next time it's charged and see how it goes. Hopefully whatever they did to it yesterday qill have fixed it. They didn't tell me it may take a few charges for it to fully sort out the problem though so my thanks to you guys.

Yes I think now I should have insisted they test it out with a proper drive. I'm not sure when I will know of it is fixed because I am too nervous to take it on any journey more than 50 miles or so because it has never been able to handle the journey comfortably and I dont want to get stranded...
