Apple CarPlay isn’t wireless. I usually charge with the lightning port so I don’t think that’s the issue. Waiting for a new lead to arrive. What dongle do you use? I’m considering that route.

Is it not possible to tap into the wiring for the rear view mirror? This would mean a lot shorter wiring run than going all the way back to the fusebox. Has anybody looked into this?

I just bought an MG5 and plugged a 64Gb USB stick in and it played the mp3s perfectly. However I do have a question, am I stuck with listening to them in alphabetical order with no control other than keep pressing the next icon? Have I missed something?
