What happened to yours? We have the same issue now with a 71 plate ZS LR. Our local dealer is having all kinds of fun trying to get it working again. Changing the vacuum pump and switch hasn't made all the errors go away.
I was looking at this but it was going to be cost prohibitive for us due to the complexity of the sub-board and changes to earthing arrangements.
You might want to check your installer is planning to make the necessary changes to your earthing arrangements. According to the 18th edition wiring...
Was getting 97kW yesterday in an ZS LR on an MFG 150kW charger. I haven't tried an Ionity but their reputation is not good (over promise, under deliver)
I have an assortment of small frustrations.
The speed limit sign recognition is woeful, it's also based on the front facing camera and not maps.
For national speed limit it presumes 60mph is the limit and will blink at you for driving at 70mph on the motorway.
The car reset some setting back...
We did a long trip yesterday in our MG ZS LR and managed to stop at the newly opened MFG Purfleet to try one of the eight 150kW chargers.
We arrived around 10pm with 11% with a nice warm battery from a 50mile journey to reach it, ambient temp was 10c.
When it started charging it was up at...
The position of the camera would give you a great shot of their wheels, curb and not much else. I suspect the blind spot monitor light would come on in any event.
We are also starting to see 3's with the slightly warmer weather (10c+). Saw 4.0m/kWh for the first time yesterday going across town. It's looking very promising for spring/summer.
I shared my experience of a long-trip in this thread: MG ZS LR long trip and charging speeds
The efficiency has remained similar 2.9 - 3.1m/kWh but on a few warmer days we have seen it rise with is very promising. So real world 180-190 miles in winter.
This is a more exciting development in V2H the potential is huge but cost will be too (initially): Wallbox Quasar 2 bidirectional V2H CCS-combo DC charger announced, turns EVs into huge Powerwall it skips the on-board inverter and taps straight into the battery (DC).
Yes you can unlock the car using the app. I don't i would want to rely on it but could be useful if you lock your keys inside.
I would say it is as good as expected the battery size makes it just so much more usable.
It does have some quirks but all cars do these days, hopefully they will...
+1 I would also just use the frunk for cables and additionally for emergency equipment in case of breakdown, emptying the boot on a motorway or A road to get to things is a nitemare.
