One thing to remember is to get the 10p rate it needs to be a scheduled charge so make sure you don’t put it on a “max charge” plug n play type charge.
Ah gotcha. Thanks for the advice. I’ll try that too. I guess I can then set the car to cut it off at 80% but set the Ohme app to try for +90%. I’ll report back!
I mean it is already set to 100%. The current state of charge is 82%. It just keeps extending and extending. I suspect it’s my homeplugs that are interrupting the signal but it’s a bummer to keep turning them all off each time.
I’ll stick to night charging!
So I tried the trick of schedule one hour for 35% and it worked out the timings and gave it 4h.
However now it’s jumped and re scheduled for another 12h….
Remember it’s smart charging, so it usually charges overnight - you have to schedule it. I’ve tried in the day but it doesn’t have it. I wouldn’t describe it as ‘24/7’ but it’s a great rate at 10p! ??

Hi all. I’ve had issues releasing my charger, mostly due to scheduling issues wanting to extend the time period.
Anyway, I discovered this button today that looks like a padlock. It released my charger immediately.
Has anyone had any success or otherwise with one of these recently? I’m going to use the one by Newport’s Celtic Manor.
