They would be rather foolish to cut the cable whilst it's in use.... The bigger issue is a tethered charger cables which can be cut when the owner is away. Although it's a bigger faff, a non tethered wall box is the way to go (in my humble opinion!).

It's obviously difficult to second guess what MG are thinking (!) but maybe dealerships with the bigger pockets are getting more models? Clearly Waylands have shifted 21 models, assuming everyone completes their order.

As Waylands are the MG dealer in Oxford and Newbury, 26 could be for both dealerships combined. 13 for each dealership isn't that large an allocation?

My dealer has just told me that their cars are arriving on Friday, so again, next week is on the cards - it will be tight if MG want them as September cars rather than October cars!

I believe that it's for driver monitoring only at the moment (Euro NCAP requirement). Could be use for 'hands off' MG Pilot in the future....
