You may be better off changing it to a Trophy long range. MG make according to demand and apparently not much for the SE model so Trophy always takes priority. They allegedly stack orders and then make according to demand so if not many SE's ordered then they won't make them until it's worth...

Reading this thread, I now realise just how lucky I was with the wait time. Ordered end of June so still got the sunroof and mine turned up in UK first week of September and handed over on 12th. Definitely definitely worth any wait. Can't praise the car highly enough
