    Public charge point hogging

    Do you encounter charge point hogging, whereby someone plugs in their EV and then goes off for a few hours shopping or into their workplace ? Is there any way of telling whether a car that's plugged in is fully charged ? Do you just have to suck it up, or is there any sort of etiquette evolving ?
