bp pulse
Chargemaster Limited (branded as bp pulse, formerly BP Chargemaster, chargemaster, POLAR and Polar Plus) is a supplier of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, based in Milton Keynes, England. It provides charging units for home, business and public use, and operates its own electric vehicle public charging network, which is the largest network in the United Kingdom.
Chargemaster is the only company to manufacture electric vehicle rapid chargers in the UK. As of 2017, the company had supplied more than 30,000 charging points for electric vehicle drivers' homes and more than 10,000 public and commercially-operated charging points. The company was founded in 2008 by entrepreneur David Martell. In June 2018, BP announced that it had entered into an agreement to buy Chargemaster for £130m, with the company to be rebranded BP Chargemaster. Further rebranding to 'bp pulse' took place in December 2020.
Hi, had charger installed a couple of days ago and the installer said that after 4pm the update would be complete and I’d be able to link it to the app - which is a web portal as BP apparently got rid of the app. So I went on the web portal and registered and now when I log on to try and link...
I seem to remember various people having some problems with BP Pulse chargers, but I don't know what the consensus is. If I rock up to one of these chargers in a couple of weeks, am I likely to get a charge?

I expect lots will have got this message but BP Pulse prices are changing. I don't use them but it doesn't feel like a negative change to me. The headings have misaligned on copy/paste, the second row should shift to the right one ( so AC 7kW is over £0.44)

There are few of these installed in a local carpark (on the wall), these chargers are around 6 months old at best.
Went to charge today and after starting the charge via the app the car makes the noise as it's about to to charge and the charge point changes colour and then briefly goes red but...
Sorry if this has been mentioned before .
I've had this charger installed a year ago and wasn't too bothered at first about scheduled charges as it took them a while to get smart meter picking up signal .

Got an account with BP pulse and use their 50kW charge units.
Every single time I plug in, the car takes roughly 20kWh and then kills the charge, with am error code 8c.
Is this happening to anyone else?
Anyone seen anything else about this deal? I'm still looking for a charge point to install, does anyone have any experience of their home chargers

Hi does anyone know if your not paying the subscription fee can you still use pulse for the free terminals with the app. I know you can use the charged ones but not sure about the free ones.
