    Overseas Access (iSmart)

    I have an MG ZS Ev in New Zealand. I am currently in UK for some months. I expected to be able to communicate with the car using MG iSmart but it does not work outside of NZ. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

    Smart app

    So it seems the app for MG ZS EV has issues. I was told by MG this morning and they can’t say when it will be fixed. So I am assuming all MG apps are locked out of communicating with your EV . great support from MG ????

    MG5 FL mobile network iSMART

    Does anybody know which mobile network the MG5 uses for the remote iSMART communication? Mine is working fine at home for pre-warming in the mornings but has stopped communicating parked at the office so I can’t check it’s still charging (chargers occasionally trip and then I can’t get home!)

    How responsive is your dealership?

    Mine doesn’t bother replying to emails for weeks on end. I’m left hoping the car I ordered is in fact on its way.
