A coupe or coupé (, also US: ) is a passenger car with a sloping or truncated rear roofline and two doors.The term coupé was first applied to horse-drawn carriages for two passengers without rear-facing seats. It comes from the French past participle of couper, "cut".

    I was saving up my pennies for an E-motion until MG dropped it like a hot potato. Meanwhile Neta have just launched their 4 seater coupe ($26-33k estimated) at the Shanghai motor show. I wonder if it will ever arrive here.
