creaking

Hey So my car has been making a creaking noise going over speedbumps the past few weeks. Got a mechanic to confirm it's the front suspension bushings that are on their way out. Anyone know where to get replacements? Apparently they're a bit hard to find for non-MG garages? Thanks all!

The armrest between the front seats in my 2021 MG ZS EV is creaky when you put weight on it with your arm. It's a plastic creaky noise. Has anyone got tips on how to improve this? Thanks in advance
