A decal (, US also , CAN ) or transfer is a plastic, cloth, paper, or ceramic substrate that has printed on it a pattern or image that can be moved to another surface upon contact, usually with the aid of heat or water.
The word is short for decalcomania, a decorative technique by which engravings and prints are transferred to pottery or other materials. The technique was invented by Simon François Ravenet, an engraver from France who later moved to England and perfected the process he called "décalquer" (which means "to copy by tracing"); it became widespread during the decal craze or mania of the late 19th century.
Maybe this is the kind of thing for people that laugh at their own jokes, but this makes me giggle every time I charge.
I got this one in the mail today as well, but I'm not sure if I'm feeling that as much, this one might get peeled of after a while.

I've noticed on a few YouTube reviews of the Xpower that those in France in particular seem to have xpower decals / logos that we don't seem to have on the UK cars. Centre console under the gear selector there's an xpower decal, on the rear bootlid there's one, then the door sills...
