heated
Most heated clothing is designed for cold-weather sports and activities, such as motorcycle riding, downhill skiing, diving, winter biking, and snowmobiling, trekking and for outdoor workers such as construction workers and carpenters. Since the London Olympics, heated clothing has also been used by athletes to keep their muscles warm between the warm-up and the race.Normal insulation works by trapping body heat, so if it gets wet from sweat or rain, or if a person stops exercising, the insulation may not keep them warm. With heated garments, a person can keep warm even if they are resting and not producing heat, or if their coat is damp from sweat.

Got my MG4 Trophy back from is first service yesterday. Now have the latest R63 software on the infotainment, which is nice (was on R30).
Unfortunately the heated steering wheel has decided not to play ball anymore. TBF I had the problem before the service when the infotainment screen decided...
I have a ZS EV 2023 and now it’s summer in Oz I’m finding the seats are sticking to the skin a bit. I’m after some seat covers but want ones that will still allow me to feel the heated seats in winter. Any suggestion on what to buy or avoid?
When I put my heated steering wheel on it never remains warm. Sometimes it goes cold completely and warms up slightly after a minute or two. Is this normal?
As a novice owner of an MG ZS EV. Long range, does anyone else find the heated seats get so hot so quickly you have to turn them off? Previously vehicle was an X - Trail and the heating on there was really comfortable. On the MG I fear the seat will catch fire!
I've never had a car with a heated steering wheel and have been thankful for it in my MG4 given the dip in temperatures
However I just want to know from others if it is normal for the heating to "pulse". I mean that the heating is not constant and turns on and off.
Wherever I'm holding goes...
Nearly every time I put the heated seat and steering wheel on it turns off when the HVAC screen closes, I have to open it and turn them on again.
Am I missing a step or something when I turn them on ?
I slow charged my Mg4 SE SR to 100% today, including equalisation, while I was working from home.
I’m lucky in that for a couple of weeks every month I have access to a heated underground parking space with free charging, albeit slow at 3.6kW.
Loaded car with my luggage, ready for a trip from...
We have a mk1 Excite but we're missing having heated mirrors on these damp mornings.
Has anyone retro fitted heated mirrors?
I'd expect the loom to be std and have the connectors in place and a missing fuse maybe.
So in theory replace the glass, plug it in and pop in the fuse.
Can't seem to...
My wife asked me to preheat the driver's seat from the app yesterday (the cold weather has reached London) but it didn't come on, despite the app saying it was on. Interesting - time to investigate.
As I recall, the original bug with this function was that if you set the driver's seat to come...
Hello all, New Member here

I just got an MG4 SE. My partner misses the lack of heated seats, so thinking about putting something in.
There are heated seat covers, cushions etc (cheap but potentially slip about and don't always look great), but also full-on kits that can go under a seat covering and are meant to mimic what...
