I did the binding on it the other day and it still thinks the car is in Germany, none of the functions work, it's not asked me to sign in or done anything positive, what can I be doing wrong?
I'm finding that if I don't drive my Cyberster for a couple of days it becomes inaccessible in the MG iSmart APP, so I can't check battery level, turn on the heating, etc. If I go out to the car and unlock it, the car becomes accessible in the APP.
Is anyone else having the same problem?

Contact details for after sales support.
It did work after the update.

If you are having a password rejection issue it is probably because "they" have recently changed password requirements to not accept characters. My old password had a full stop in it.
Just go through the 'forgotten password' process and use upper or lower case letters and numbers and nothing...
I have just set up mg iSmartApp and on scan of QR code from car, it is showing 2021 model while dealer has this as 2023 model in their record. MG iSMART app is picking 2021 with same VIN Code instead of 2023?
