When i open the Mg ismart app on my phone all the icons are greyed out does that mean my car [ did not ] connect to the app. The car is a 2022 MG TROPHY Long Range..

Does anyone else use the MGismart app. It’s so frustrating!!! Literally have to sign in every time, never shows data and always says remote execution instruction failed. Why have an app if it is totally useless.

Has anyone had issues with the MG iSMART app? The last few days, we can’t get on it to set up a charge for the car. It just keeps saying it’s failed and to try later? We have used different phones, uninstalled & reinstalled the app & restarted phones to no avail! Its frustrating!
