ohme charger

Hi all, Looking at changing our charger for an Ohme. Want to know what happened after 3 years with the data connection. Reading up, it is free then payable from 3 years +. How much is it and is there an option to connect to WiFi? Also, how do you rate it? Thanks

I haven't tried it yet, but in the latest release you can now set/control the Ohme charger directly in the Octopus app. Ah. Not quite! It shows you the charger settings in the Octopus app, but if you try and change either of them it launches the Ohme app!

I have found that it is essential for the charge settings on the Ohme charger app and the MG app to be the same. If they are out of step charging may not happen. I would prefer to use the Ohme app as you can have a variety of different charging schemes for different days. This is not possible...
