What would be cool is if the caravan had full 4 wheels and was able to drive automatically behind your vechile without a tow bar, using some kind of radar locking & 5g communication method...

I see electric Amazon vans around here all the time now - can't remember what manufacturer they are but they're full size vans. No idea of the range, but it does hint that electric motorhomes aren't too far away
