11kW Charge Hub only 3kW output

can a 7kw charging car be upgraded to support higher rate of charging?
If you mean faster AC charging, no. At least not without considerable difficulty and cost. In practice you would need to upgrade to a car with an onboard 3-phase charger.

3-phase charger is handy if you are heavily reliant on public AC charge stations, but if most charging is at home then it's no big deal given there is enough charge time (overnight for instance).

In some cases 3-phase is a disadvantage, e.g. when doing solar PV charging the ~240 W charge rate increments on single phase charger (1A x grid voltage) are much smaller than the minimum 720 W increments a 3-phase charger uses. The single phase charger can respond and adjust to excess PV with greater precision.

The main point is there is very little need for greater than 7kW AC charging. It works for all overnight stays and a full day at work. Then there are Rapid chargers for the rest,

There are relatively few scenarios in which more than 7kW is actually needed.

Technically yes, as all it would need is the OBC and CCU upgrading to 3ph ones from a donor MG4 with them, but would most likely need to be paired with the car which MG wouldn't do
Technically you could convert your MG4 into a plane, it would just need a few extra parts and controls. However, that doesn't mean it is practical in most situations.

Tad easier to upgrade a 1ph MG4 to 3ph, opposed to converting it into a plane.

So a silly comparison really

I believe that any 11kW on-board charger is just that: 3 3.5kW charging units, but in one box.
That's right a 3ph OBC is just 3x 1ph 3.6kW units, and when on a 1ph supply the OBC bonds 2 of the units together to allow 7.2kW at 1ph.

The 22kW OBCs found in some cars are better than the 11kW units as they don't have to bond 2 units to achieve 7kW 1ph charging so removes something that can go wrong

Never said it was a simple user upgrade it's you that's inferred that just now.
It is misleading to others until someone has proven it is a user option. I said 'No' because that's the right answer today. Your speculation made it sound easy but you don't know it is as simple as you laid out.

Edit: I am not meaning to get into an argument here. On reflection perhaps the plane response was a bit silly. I'd love someone to show this was doable and then I will eat all of my words.
