12 volt power socket

I have just place a order for a ZS EV . does any one know if the 12 volt power socket is permanently live?
i would also ask any one does the Satnav go on to the display on the dash when in use are the USB slot just power or can they read a USB stick

This is true for the Trophy I can't speak for other models.
The twelve volt socket is not permanently live. Pick up power from the fuse box piggy backing on the powered seat fuse which is permanently live.
Usb slot can read a usb stick. (I don't know about the rear mirror USB socket)
I don't understand your sat nav question. With your phone plugged into the usb and using android auto Google Maps navigation shows on the infotainment screen.

sat nav in my last car when you use the sat nav it came up on the dash where the clocks are so you did not have to look at the sat nav
