So had the car for a little over a week now (Trophy) and am surprised as to how cold the cabin is on the morning run and on the way back from work (32 miles each way). Unless I set it to 26 degrees+ it just feels as if I'm getting cold air into the cabin.
I've tried all 3 air circulation modes, I am certain the A/C is not set to follow 'Eco' mode. (So far I've just driven in 'normal') I am assuming here that unless I have the A/C on then no heated air will come in.

So, it's A/C On, Eco Off, Any circulation mode, 26+ to be warm-ish.

Surely I should be able to set it below 26+ and still be warm?

I have same, has to be 26+ to get warmth, dealer aware and no answer as yet, being “investigated”. Many others have reported on the forum, you should report the fault to your dealer.

Dont forget that the recommendation is to use the seat heater rather than increasing the cabin temp up to historic levels. It uses much less power.
It can take a bit getting used to though o_O

What cabin temperature does it show in the iSMART App? Some vehicles' sensors seem to be off.

Interesting point. If I refresh the "Status" in the App .. every time I do it I get a different 12v battery reading as well as internal and external temperature readings ! Something is "iffy" !!

Yup .. same happens for me, and dealer aware.

Recommendation from whom? In any event I’ll be ignoring it but thanks anyway. Comfort is my priority.

I don’t agree with scrimping and saving on battery use by reducing heating and comfort. Apart from the discomfort it can a dangerous distraction.
You should use the cars settings as intended and get the temperature that is comfortable for you.
If heated seats work for you fine, but they are usually an added bit of warmth as well as not instead of using the cabin heater.
If you need to reduce battery usage by not having heating on to get to your destination then you should really consider stopping to charge anyway.

Totally agree didn't get an EV to completely change the way I drive and how comfortable I am in the car doing it.

I agree with not being uncomfortable. However, having the skill of maximising range at all costs is a useful one to have available if you need it.

Having the confidence that I could get 4-5 m/kWh if I really needed to gives some flexibility when planning long journeys that rely on the dodgy charging network.

Of course it's unacceptable to freeze in the car or be uncomfortable in any way - but it's really worth questioning the old internal combustion brain. You can really improve range by dropping habits that don't affect comfort.

And, well, preconditioning helps a lot. ;-)
