Since service have put a full charge in 100% but have notice only 251 miles has come up on dashboard. Its is usually 275 have I a problem with the battery

My guess is that the software may have been updated to show a better estimate of your range based on your previous driving behavior.

Think of the range on the display (GOM = Guess-O-Meter) not as a sworn blood oath to get those miles or a direct measurement, but similar to a 'distance to empty' display on an ICE car. i.e. there is more to range than just what you have in the tank (temperature, wind, driving style, road types)

Mostly on eco and mostly local trips is that the reason
Fuel/battery range depends on many variables. There's no simple straight forward answer.

Driving style, luggage, other passengers, wind speed/direction, tire inflation, environmental temperature, weather, air-conditioning/heating settings.

Reset both of your trip recorders, now what do you get as a predicted milage ?.
