I’ve been doing a lot of miles over the last few days (Christmas visits to relatives all over the country) so have been charging the car most nights and often a motorway services rapid charge during the day. This evening I got home (no off-road parking so we often use the AC slow chargers fitted to a lot of the lampposts in our part of Islington) and checked in with the iSMART a couple of hours later and it looked like the car wasn’t charging. Additionally the Electroverse app showed the session as having failed. Returned to see a red faulty light winking away on the charging post. I assumed it had failed and move the car 100m up the road to the next one.
Plugged it all in, authorised it on the Electroverse app and the car seemed to ramp between zero and 3.5kW for a few minutes and not settling down to a constant figure - also, no estimate of finish time. ISMART showed “not charging”.
Reset the centre screen (long press on the home button), restarted the procedure and all was well - never seen that before.
2023 2nd gen. SE LR with 19K miles on it.

I have the same model. On AC charging the kW reading on the centre console is a random number generator and just fluctuates from 1-7kW randomly. Same on the app.

Buy my charger states a constant stable level. Its yet more underdeveloped software/ hardware that seems to afflict the car.
