This company installed my PV solar in 2018 & I think they are in liquidation unless anyone has a contact number.
The inverter is not performing and I need to see if the warranty is of any use. I suspect not having gone thorugh Heis to Safe World Ins UK the 10 year warranty seems to be only for poor workmanship.

Quick google seems like they went under last summer. What inverter is it and what issues are you experiencing? Is this related to the DNO overvoltage issue you asked about last week?

Yes it is. I am in touch with Solis.
The solar together warranty seems to be pants and only applies to bad workmanship.

I have a ticket out with Solis but expect I will be paying Greenscape Energy to fix the inverter

But from what you were describing on the other thread it sounds as if the issue is likely a DNO-related over-voltage issue, rather than a fault on the Solis. Did you check the Solis error log as I mentioned here?...

FWIW, I have a lot of experience with Solis inverters, so happy if you want to pm me with specific questions or issues. Alternatively, you could post your issues on diysolarforum dot com, where myself and many other Solis users are active.

The DNO are clear they aren't at fault, my battery inverter shows 230 v -6 +10% but the older PV array one shows 256 to 260v. THe general conclusion is check the inverter.

Greenscape who installed the later battery inverter are coming tomorrow to check out the older inverter. As it only updates firmware via USB it will have the 2018 firmware plus it at 7 years old may be on the way out. I hope not.

Only via the other inverter. Greenscape will check it all Thursday
