I also learned to love the Mg3. I didn’t have any huge problem in 7 months of ownership. I found unfortunately that I needed a bigger vehicle so I exchanged it for a Mg ZS HYBRID + and I am loving that.

Good morning, Ann. Just curious about the ZS. How are you finding it compared to the MG3? Are the power/electronics etc the same and is it much larger than the MG3. I'm asking because my wife struggles to get in and out of the MG3, so I'm wondering about a future upgrade, but don't want to go too big.

I'm loving the ZS, Easier to get in and out of. All the electronics work great. It is larger, but not truck size LOL. I think they've fixed a lot of the niggles that the MG3 has/had. I struggled with getting my head in, I don't have that problem now. I also found the twiddly knob auto gear changer not to my liking, but the ZS is fabulous, easy and just so nice, It feels like a more expensive car than it is, I have the Trophy edition. So, so far so very very good. I hope this answers your question Aitch. Just an after thought, WHATCAR are a disgrace really, everything they've said about the ZS Hybrid +is a load of nonsense, It seems they are trying to trash the car in certain aspects. I would ignore them if I was you. The car is just brilliant.

I'd agree re What Car, they are negative towards MG for some reason. I appreciate that the cars are not without their flaws, but What Car, just seem to knock MG at every chance.

We decided not to use the buying dealer for the service contract, every time we have asked them anything they were useless, so we went with the multi-franchise dealer near to us.
