Bump in rear footwell under carpet

Hi all!
We just took delivery of our replacement MG5 and it has a ‚bump‘ in the footwell behind the driver’s seat (right). It’s hard to capture, so I took a video.

Has anyone experienced this before or happens to know what‘s underneath? Would be nice if it’s as simple as lodging something back into place.

That shouldn’t be there, let the dealer sort this out..
