Is it just me?
I have tried million different adjustments in the seat but couldn’t get the head rest in a comfortable position. At any position, it always keeps my head pushed little forward than i would like putting a strain on my neck. I would be more than happy without one but it’s illegal i think and i don’t like the interior without one for aesthetics (OCD person to greater extent ?).
Or am i ageing because of work from home (couch) life losing all the flexibility. But sure elderly people would have complained if it wasn’t that comfortable.
After a lot of adjustments i found a position that was okay and less uncomfortable than any others. Got used to it for about 6 months. I had to take it to a garage for head light adjustment where the mechanic adjusted it for his use and now i lost mine. Can’t get it to the same position i had before. Note getting used to another position. Quite disappointing that mg4 doesn’t have seat memory settings.

I don't think they're mandatory in the UK but I wouldn't drive without one. If you get rear ended, a head rest can save you from a very nasty neck injury.
I don't have a problem with mine but I do tend to drive in a very upright position. I've found that moving the seat back to a more reclined position does leave the headrest pushing my head forward in most cars.

No tilt or forward and back movement on the headrest doesn't help. I'm sure cars I've had in the past had at least tilt on the headrest.
