Can i use a Tesla charger on the motorway?

i can see that Tesla is making its chargers accessible, & i can get their App & register my payment card, but how do i find out when planning my route if a particular Tesla charger will let my MG5 use that charger? & without setting up a monthly account which i do not need?

Assuming that you have had the update and you car can use a Tesla charger then the app only shows you chargers that you are allowed to use. If you are not a registered Tesla owner then it wont show the Tesla only chargers.

You will be registering a Non Tesla and setting up a payment method.

You only sign up to the membership if you want to.
Currently £8.99 per month.

You do not need to be a member to use Tesla Chargers.

Once you are set up (as above) open the app and click on Charge Your EV.

Anywhere you see a charger on the map will be available to you.

Non member pricing is circa 55pkWh
