Car wash

Can you put an electric car through an automatic car wash ( where your car is pulled through on a conveyor belt where only is on the belt) I have a marvel R.below is a picture of the type of car washer.

I only used to use automatic car wash IMO Is the company not. In my opinion ?the best it does underneath and fan dry £10 my local in Dartford Kent

Don't hold me to this but I think it is not recommended but can't remember why. Something to do with it being dragged along maybe. Besides all those flailing whirling dervishes can't be good if there is mud and dirt on the paintwork.
Personally I use the hand car washes.

If the car can be put in neutral with the handbrake off so it free-wheels easily then it should be OK
What it does to your paintwork is another matter ?

Yes it's OK to leave the car on, in neutral and handbrake off.
