Hello, have just got first electric- MG exclusive. When charging it never charges above 106 miles - is there a way to increase this? Thanks

This available mileage is based on your recent kWh/mile usage - often called the GOM (Guess-O-Meter). When I reset my trip meter, the car reverts to the advertised range. The thing to look at is the battery level - as the average kWh/mile for the current trip x usable battery x percentage left = available mileage.

There are a few threads kicking about talking about GOM, range, etc.

All of this is assuming that your battery is fully balanced and charging properly.

Can I ask if it is new or preloved?

When you fully charge what is you battery voltage 448-9, 454-5 or something else. If this out by using the up/down arrow on the steering wheel to scroll the display.

If it us something else you have the bad BMS software. Search this forum plenty of posts about it.
