Charging Issues 2021 ZS EV

Hi. New to this forum and new to EV cars.
I woke on Monday morning to find out that my lovely MG ZS EV had failed to charge.
Being somewhat of a hot head I contacted Ohme about a defunct charger. They were actually quite helpful and informed me it was the car. Anyway tried the local supermarket fast chargers and managed to get to work today. It however doesn’t charge on Type 2 only CSS as the charger informs me it’s suspended.
I’ve tried three cables and three different 7kW chargers and understand that it’s an AC charge problem through online research and the remedy is to reset the ECU.
I can’t get into MG for a month, next available slot, and don’t particularly want to go disconnecting batteries as I’m not mechanically inclined. Is there a way to rest the ECU without disconnecting the battery.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am unsure that conducting a 12 volt master reset, by disconnecting the 12 volt battery will reset the ECU but it is a good place to start.
It’s a very easy process really, all you need is a 10mm spanner ?.
Ensure the car is completely powered down, open the bonnet and the 12 volt battery is located on the passengers side of car.
With the 10mm spanner ? placed on the nut on the negative side of the battery terminal securing ( this is the lead closest to the front of the car ) completely undo the nut and remove the lead from the battery terminal.
Leave disconnected for about 20 minutes and then reconnect and tighten the bolt securing the main battery lead to the battery post.
Make sure the nut is tight and then display your best smug ? face as the job is done ?.
Have you tried charging by using the supplied MG Granny charger by any chance ?.
If this fails then it is likely a trip to the dealers unfortunately.
