Charging mileage

When I home charge to full the mileage on the display is just over 200 , but when I start it up it immediately drops to about 185 , is this what everyone is experiencing, had a word at the garage and they said oh they all do that! Any thoughts

Depends what you've got switched on and the mode you are in.

I think having the heating on takes 20 miles off as a guesstimate. I normally turn heating off unless required, and turn the heated seats on and switch to Eco.

It's called the Guess-O-Meter (or GOM) and should be entirely ignored. The actual range will vary depending on conditions (especially temperature), journey type and driving style. The GOM will change depending on the driving mode (showing a higher number in Eco mode) and the HVAC settings. It will say something like 214 if you turn the HVAC off and switch to Eco.
