Charging speed query

i'm only getting 3.27kw charging power, i would have expected around 7kw - battery was at 69% when i started charging, am i missing something obvious here?
How many other cars are charging on that circuit? On the free chargers outside my local Sainsbury's in Charlton I sometimes get 7kw, sometimes 3.5kw. I think this depends on how many other cars are charging at the same time - load spreading algorithm?

Not sure if i doing something wrong here but any advise would be appreciated - SE SR received yesterday - first time charging today at work on the 22kw charger using the MG supplied 32a type 2 cable but i'm only getting 3.27kw charging power, i would have expected around 7kw - battery was at 69% when i started charging, am i missing something obvious here?
If I may comment somewhat late, as I have just got a MG4 Essence 64. In Oz, we have a supermarket chain near me, with 22kW and 7kW chargers. I get 3.5kW/hr from the 22kW and 7kW/hr from thr 7kW. I have a 22kW cable.

My dealer said that the 22kW charger pins are configured to the benefit of BYD and Tesla, so don't bother. Maybe the same case for you?

Finally got my charger + installed it. It seems that I got 96% efficiency give or take which from the looks of what is said on the forum is pretty up there.
Actually I would not expect worse considering it's mainly routing AC power to the car's OBC

So for me looking at the numbers in the car it's 6.8kW charge rate. The car was at 83%. The charger is 7kW/32A. I got a ct on the live feeding the charger and it shows around 7.040kW
