Cheap Ebay floor mats

So knowing that the MG doesn't come with floor mats, and believing that anything is better than nothing, I purchased a cheap set of mats from Ebay to make sure I had something to go in the car when it arrives.

I wasn't expecting great quality from these for £23, they're not thick luxury mats, but actually they're perfectly acceptable, they have the correct fixing points/clips, a thick heel pad, and non-slip backing, so they'll definitely do for a Yorkshireman.

At least the pic shows the correct two pedals not three.

I do not understand why buyers do not insist on having mats as part of the deal. I cant remember the last time i bought a car without having mats thrown in to sweeten the deal, plus of course a good discount on the car, but i did dabble in the trade in the 60s so i know the game inside out.

Yes if I'd have realized mats didn't come with the car, I'd have negotiated a set in the deal. Unfortunately I've been spoilt with my last half dozen new cars, which all had mats included, I'll probably still try to sweet talk the salesman when I pick the car up.
