Hello everyone,
I've test drove an MG 4 today (SE Long Range) and strongly considering placing an order for the Trophy in Grey. Lead times have been quoted at around 18 weeks.
This will be our first EV and we do around 8000 miles ahead. We have a driveway and are already on Octopus so will look to get a 7kW charger and Octopus Go.
Regarding driver settings – I’m aware that some settings are required to be set again each time the car is started. Is it just the “drive mode” (Standard, Eco, etc) and regen settings? And are the defaults "Standard" mode and "3" regen? Are others such as LKA disabling, Driver Assist System setting (i.e. Speed limit or ACC) etc also reset?
Regarding the iSMART Live – How long is the live subscription? Is it life of car or a few years? Does Cabin Preconditioning work without the “live” part? It’s not entirely clear what is part of the “standard” iSMART and what comes with the additional “Live” services.
My apologies if these have been answered elsewhere. I'm working through some of the more active threads.
Thanks,
Gordon
