Contacts list on infotainment.screen

Hi all,having a problem with infotainment phone contacts on my mg5 ,I've deleted all unwanted contact numbers on the infotainment screen 4 times but they still keep reappearing,I've now deleted every phone number in contacts on my phone (Moto G10) but they are still coming up on the infotainment contacts screen not sure if phone or car.any help would be appreciated thankyou.

Is this just a Bluetooth connection or through Android Auto/Car Play.

Try doing 'forget' the car in the phone's Bluetooth setting and then reconnecting.

Thanks for your reply,it's Bluetooth and I've done forget several times and reconnected but makes no difference,I assume these phone numbers are hidden somehow on another app.in the phone and the system is picking them up.
