Creaking armrest ZS Gen 1

The armrest between the front seats in my 2021 MG ZS EV is creaky when you put weight on it with your arm. It's a plastic creaky noise.

Has anyone got tips on how to improve this?

same as what people use for creaking side mirrors - silicone lubricant spray .
