I have put one on mine. I went with the 'Peruzzo Pure Instinct Rear Cycle Carrier'. It is rated to carry 2 e-bikes (although they have a 3 non-e bike version too) It rests on the top and just above the license plate and has 6 straps to further fix it to the car.
They aren't my favourite way of fixing bikes to a car. I looked at hitch and roof mounted options, but it needed to fit my other car as well (Outlander PHEV) as getting 2 racks is a bit silly. The rack did about 1500 miles earlier this year on the back of the Outlander without any problems.
I wired in a relay to do the trailer board as well as the lights were partially obscured - I can bet that if I didn't do this I would get nicked, despite everyone else getting away with it! The socket just lives in one of the side pockets in the boot, and the lead from the trailer board gets squished inbetween the boot and the car - there is enough give in it to not pinch the cable.
Forgot to snap a picture of it on my MG, but have on my Outlander, if that's any help? I do have some pics about how I installed the relay though.
