ZS EV Trophy
I set the favourites on my 2020 ZS EV, which I bought second hand from a reputable dealer a week or so ago.
Today, noticed that one of them (6) has turned into a sort of option screen symbol (see photo). Have tried turning on and off, deleting and adding favourites, even resetting the head unit; still a symbol in the #6 position.
Any help?

congratulations on your new car first !

do you have anything plugged into USB port at the same time? If you do, anything changes when you take it out and reset the screen with home button?

p.s. this is Exclusive model, not Trophy?

p.s.s. when you have time, answers and more tips could be found here: Search results for query: dab favourites

Thank you. It’s an Exclusive, I believe, though I don’t know how to tell really.
I’ve removed everything (a memory stick) and a cable for my phone), and reset it but nothings changed.

just wondering, the other stations on that favourite list - do they have a picture logo displayed in teh same way as the Gold UK ? Can you change to number 5 - Greatest Hits station and take a photo of the screen please?

Gold UK is the one saved as No 6?

Ah! Right. Sorry. Will do that. But I think it remains the same.
Photo to you later.

I missed the bit in your post where you say "But I can’t set favourite #6" - you cannot save any station in position No 6 or you can, but you don't get the station name as you do in the other 5 slots?

you could try changing your No6 favourite to Gold UK instead of Gold London, just to see what happens. Or another station altogether.

If that icon for No 6 remains the same regardless of the station you save in slot 6, it's something with infotainment unit. If it changes and shows the station name, it's to do with signal that the car receives from teh radio station ...

see my post just above your last photo and try changing stations for favourite No 6. If that icon (looks like an icon for a photo/image file) stays there, you could try disconnecting negative from 12v battery for a minute, that resets the car like restarting a computer... people do it for all sort of issues and it helps most of the time.

and if that fails, next annual service, ask them to have a look ... that's all I can think of ...

Solved. Saw a post that suggested this solution. (Don’t remember where it is.)
When in radio, select the option with the T (for programme titling.) On the left of that screen, select the lower of the two icons. It has horizontal lines ending in blocks. Return to radio screen. On my ZS, all the presets were visible again. Thanks for the other suggestions.
